Should I restart my workstation periodically?
 
 It is recommended to restart your ASIST Workstation at least once a week to refresh your PC.

How many ASIST workstations can our dealer have ?
 
 Your dealer's monthly support fee will provided unlimited quantity of ASIST workstations at your service facility. Computers must be located at that service facility. For additional workstations, click on the "ASIST Request Forms" tab. A set-up fee of $100 per computer will be invoiced to your non-vehicle account.

What is the Master Technician ASIST Subscription Program?
 
 For additional information, select Master Technician ASIST Subscription Program Request form on the "ASIST Request Forms" tab then NNA (USA Dealers) Subscription request.

What if my ASIST/CONSULT workstation is stolen ?
 
 Please contact ASIST support @ 1-877-732-2550 to ensure that the stolen workstation is terminated and a new ASIST Security Key will be provied for the replaced workstation,
