ASIST Synchronizer - Latest Updates not complete
 
 If your last successful Synchronization was on 9/28/2019 or earlier and keeps getting 'Latest updates not complete' message, then have your IT specialist check the following settings: Firewall settings, security settings, proxy server settings, or permissions to download data via SFTP for the following server, asist.na.nissan.biz (requires port 22).

ASIST Synchronizer Receiving Timeout Communication Error
 
 If you are receiving a Timeout Communication Error when running ASIST Synchronizer you may not have access the new ASIST Secure SFTP server.

Step 1: First check if your ASIST Synchronizer Ver. 6.0.0 or higher. If the version is not, please download WOD DLL Registration/Synchronizer Patch. If you are using the latest Synchronizer go to Step 2.

Step 2: Have your IT specialist check the following settings: Firewall settings, security settings, proxy server settings, or permissions to download data via SFTP for the following server, SFTP://asist.nnanet.com (requires port 22).

Step 3: Before Friday, April 12, 2013, Ensure that all dealership ASIST workstations are updated/synchronized successfully.

Step 4: Tuesday, April 16, 2013, the following FTP server, ftp://asist.nnanet.com (port 20 & 21) will become inactive. Do not remove until after April 16.

I have the lastest version of ASIST Synchronizer V 6.0.0 (or higher) but cannot Sync
 
 If you run ASIST Synchronizer V 6.0.0 (or higher) and you get the following error message "Latest updates not complete. Possible Internet communication issues. Try Manual Update or wait for scheduled update to occur. You may continue to use ASIST"

Please check the following information below:

1. Under the ASIST Synchronizer, click the "View Settings/Details" button

2. Listed in the Synchronizer Status box is the following message "0-Error in updating database".

3. If you have the above error, please restart your computer and run Manual Update again from the ASIST Synchronizer.
