ASIST Synchronizer keeps displaying: “This workstation’s login information is registered with another PC

This error is because Synchronizer utility recognizes a duplicate key # and the MAC ID does not match what we have. The error is usually caused by:
1. PC was replaced and ASIST re-installed.
2. Hard drive or other harware was replaced.
3. Same ASIST key number is running on multipe computers. (One key per computer)

Please send an e-mail to Contact US to request us to fix this issue with complete information:
o Number of computers with same key
o PC was replaced and old one no longer online.
