| | 1. Please check USB file size to ensure there is enough space for the file to transfer to. If you do not have the correct size for the file, please reach out to Techmate for assistance with ordering the correct one.
2.Ensure that the folder C:\ProgramData\NNA\Infotainment has read and write (full) access at the user level.
