Firewall Setting Requirements to ensure access
 
 asist.na.nissancloud.com (port 22), asist.na.nissan.biz (port 22) and http://www.asistfaq.com (port 80) is required to be added to the whitelist for WEB 2.0 Infotainment.

Files not transferring to USB
 
 1. Please check USB file size to ensure there is enough space for the file to transfer to. If you do not have the correct size for the file, please reach out to Techmate for assistance with ordering the correct one.

2.Ensure that the folder C:\ProgramData\NNA\Infotainment has read and write (full) access at the user level.

Infotainment download Utility – Installation information
 
 1. The Infotainment application must be delivered and installed through an installation package and cannot be applied as previously.

2. If you need installation privileges, please provide the Infotainment Installation Help document to your administrator.
