Support desk hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time) with 1 hour lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday and closed on most major holidays.

We are streamlining and improving the way you connect with the ASIST Support Team.

Starting on July 1, 2025, you will need to create an ASIST Case Number before contacting the support team. This case number will be required to access assistance.

To create an ASIST Case:

On ASIST WEB Home Page, near your name, select "ASIST Support".

On ASIST Standalone and ASIST WEB, select "ASIST Support Request" under ASIST Support.
