2  | Having to Re-login During The Day |
|
| If the user does not perform any action in ASIST WEB app and Viewing PDF files within 12 hrs the session will automatically timeout and you will need to re-login, this is standard rule for all Nissan user id’s. |

3  | Log In: Exceeded maximum attempts entering User ID and Password Message |
|
| Please try and log into www.nnanet.com to check if you login and password is correct. You may have to wait for 20 mins to try again or may have to reset your password. ASIST WEB uses your NNANET login. |

4  | Put ASIST under My Favorites in Dealer Portal, NNAnet to Access ASIST WEB Quicker |

| Click on the star next to ASIST under your My Links in Dealer Portal.
Enabling the star will put ASIST under your Favorites on My Links page. |

5  | Changed my Dealer Portal Password but Already Logged into ASIST Web |
|
| ASIST Web will still work after logging into the application and viewing the PDF files. If you do encounter login errors after changing your Dealer Portal password we recommend you restart ASIST WEB again with new password. |

6  | Brand Switching |

| To switch from your current brand of Nissan/Infiniti to the other follow these steps
1. Select the drop arrow next to your name in the upper right
2. Select Brand drop down
3. Click back into the web page for changes to apply.

7  | Pinch-To-Zoom / Zoom In and Zoom Out |
|
| ASIST WEB will allow you to zoom in or zoom out of certain list screens, if you have a touch screen monitor. To zoom in touch the monitor with two fingers, move your fingers away, and pinch two fingers together to zoom out. |

| Locate the new 'ASIST WEB Navigation' video in Virtual Academy under 'Technician Online Courses (Dealership)' section. |

| NNA Corporate Users are required to log into their YouTube accounts to view videos. |

10  | Viewing Table of Contents in Bulletins, Service Manual & Owner’s Manual PDF versions |

| Users will need to select Menu Icon located at top left of Menu Bar to view Table of Contents.
You Cannot dock the table of content and have it visible on initial view or enable it always.

11  | Viewing Owner’s Manual Navigation & Supplement documents |

| If the user clicks on Navigation or Supplement bookmarks, the document will appear in a new web browser tab. |

12  | Blank Screen when Viewing Bulletins and Other PDF files |

| The new ASIST WEB does not need to have a plug-in to view the older PDF ESM's.
If PDF Viewer was installed for ASIST only, then we recommend you uninstall it from your web browser.
To uninstall go to top right of your browser toolbar, select the Extension icon (looks like a puzzle piece) and
Select Manage Extensions
Locate the PDF Viewer under Installed
Extensions, and click Remove |

13  | Performance is Slow |
|
| Please clear out your temp folder. Locate temp folder under C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp\, and remove all the files.
Check your network download performance speed, and if less than 5 Mbps, your network may be too slow.
Restart your internet router, and if you are using an Ethernet Switch, remove your Switch and recheck peformance. |

14  | Printing in the New ASIST WEB application |

| Printing is different depending on the information you want to print.
SERVICE HISTORY: User would have to select the data using the mouse, click and drag over the information and highlight the data you want to print. Then select Print in the browser Settings and expand the “More Settings” and under Options click “Selection Only”.
BULLETINS and OTHER PDF'S: Use the Print button in the PDF toolbar located at the top right of the PDF document.
ESM'S IN HTML FORMAT: Use the print icons located within the ESM.

| To print Service History data
1. Select / highlight the data under Service History tab that you want to print
2. Select Print in the browser's Settings and More
3. Expand “More Settings” and check “Selection Only” and Print |

| GT-R Certified data is available on ASIST WEB, before accessing GT-R certified data, please check that your dealer is a participating Certified Nissan GT-R dealer. |
