Unable to Access NATS & Keycode Utility
 
 When using the “All Other Vehicles” button under NATS Decoder the user will be brought to a web based utility.

1) If the user is not connected to the internet, the display will give the user the standard “The page cannot be displayed”

2) If the ASIST workstation has been disabled, the user will receive a message that the user id cannot be verified, please email ASIST Support at asist@nissan-usa.com

All Other Vehicles - NATS Screen is White
 
 When clicking the "All Other Vehicles" under the NATS & Keycode from ASIST the NATS screen is white.

Select "About Internet Explorer" under Help menu from Internet Explorer screen. If there is no version information in Version, Cipher Strength, or Product ID under the About Internet Explorer screen do the following:

1. Reinstall Internet Explorer, and run NATS & Keycode in ASIST again, or…

2. The following commands should fix this issue: a) Click Start, Run and type in the following command "REGSVR32 MSHTMLED.DLL" (do not include quotes) and press Enter. b) under Run, type in the following command "REGSVR32 JSCRIPT.DLL" (do not include quotes) and press Enter. c) under Run, type in the following command "REGSVR32 /i MSHTML.DLL" (do not include quotes) and press Enter.
